It was so lovely to be out amongst other yarn lovers!

My mission was accomplished, and some. I got yarn for the MKAL with Stephen West from Rose Hill Yarns and another shawl. Cast on doesn’t start till October 6th, so I have time to complete a couple of projects.

Once I arrived back at my friend’s place, I thought it would be fun to dye up yarn in natural dyes for the MKAL. Here are some colour ideas. I do have these yarns available in my shop. I also have a dyeing kit that is great for beginners too!

I only need three colours, so when at Maiwa today, I will keep my eyes open.
